Job summary

Sasken Technologies is seeking an experienced GenAI Engineer to architect and implement RAG-based, multi-agent solutions. The role focuses on leveraging Langchain, AutoGen and Flowise to develop GenAI applications, integrating ChromaDB for vector storage, and ensuring governance and ethical AI compliance throughout the lifecycle.

The candidate will design and deploy GenAI proof-of-concepts, optimize model performance, and translate complex requirements into scalable AI architectures using Python

Qualifications

• Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) based solutions.
• Experience in building multi-agent solutions using Langchain, AutoGen and Flowise.
• Familiarity with VectorDBs such as Chroma DB.
• Proficient in using Large Language Models to develop GenAI solutions.
• Ability to architect, design, develop and deploy GenAI solutions and POCs quickly.
• Knowledge of AI governance, ethical AI and compliance frameworks.
• Strong Python programming skills for GenAI development.
• Experience evaluating performance, latency and accuracy of GenAI systems.
