Job description
  • Manage end-to-end operations on the GeM Portal, including vendor registration, product listing, catalogue management, and pricing updates.
  • Create, monitor, and respond to BOQs, bids, RFQs, and tenders on GeM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documents, pricing approvals, and compliance requirements.
  • Track order processing, invoicing, delivery schedules, and payment status.
  • Ensure timely submission of all mandatory documents such as EMD, security deposit, and compliance certificates.
  • Handle order amendments, returns, and post-order activities as per GeM norms.
  • Maintain MIS reports related to bids participated, orders won/lost, revenue, and payment tracking.
  • Communicate with government buyers to clarify requirements and resolve queries.
  • Stay updated with GeM policies, guidelines, and notifications.
  • Support audits and internal reviews related to government procurement.
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with the GeM Portal is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of government procurement processes and tender documentation.
