Job description

Designation: Assistant Manager – IT&S

Department: IT&S

Location: Madhapur, Hitech City, Hyderabad

Work Mode: WFO

Shift: Rotational Shift

Process Management:
  1. Follow up with engineers and ensure closure of calls.
  2. Check for Antivirus breach regularly.
  3. Conduct Windows Server Update Services across locations.
  4. Conduct user reconciliation on a regular basis.
  5. Ensure system compliance.
  6. Check for disk space utilization and update records.
  7. Ensure data server maintenance is conducted regularly.
  8. Ensure timely renewal of application and license agreements.
  9. Maintain the server room on a regular basis.
  10. Provide support to the global team.
  11. Configuration & maintenance of servers.
  12. Monitor system/user backup regularly.
  13. Conduct business continuity plan every 3 months.
  14. Ensure closure of any ticket within agreed TAT.
People Management:
  1. Manage team attrition/attendance.
  2. Provide coaching and assistance to the team regularly.
  3. Track team performance on a periodic basis.
Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:
  1. Qualification – Diploma/Graduation.
  2. MCSE/MCSA Certification.
