Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, Commerce or a related discipline.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • 9+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an individual-contributor role involving engagement with senior onshore stakeholders.
  • Experience in a strong program management environment; exposure to alliance or ecosystem relationship formation, governance or operations is preferred.

Job Summary

EY’s Ecosystem Relationship Enablement (ERE) team leads the formation of new alliances and ecosystem relationships across geographies. The team works closely with Service Line leadership, Independence, Risk Management, Quality, GCO and other stakeholder groups to ensure that each relationship completes the required governance, review and approval steps.

The GDS Ecosystem Formations Lead Analyst will provide end-to-end program management, operational and administrative support to the global ERE formation function. The role will help:

Co‑develop and operationalize a scalable support delivery model for the ERE formation function, coordinating with relevant EY stakeholders throughout the relationship formation lifecycle.

Strengthen the existing formation process by simplifying workflows and communications, enabling greater scale and creating a more seamless experience for business teams seeking to establish new relationships.

Essential Functions Of The Job
  • Provide end-to-end program management support for the ecosystem formation process, coordinating across onshore and GDS teams within the Ecosystem Service Bureau and facilitating effective handoffs between teams.
  • Guide EY business teams through the required process steps, documentation and approvals for forming a new ecosystem relationship.
  • Conduct first-level reviews of intake forms, business cases and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy and quality; work with requestors to address gaps and validate additional information.
  • Develop and maintain practical checklists, guidance and frequently asked questions based on recurring issues and stakeholder needs.
  • Perform research using EY systems and external sources to pre-populate templates, validate information and support due-diligence activities.
  • Respond promptly to requests and queries from business teams, the ERE team and other stakeholders, providing clear guidance on process status, requirements and next steps.
  • Schedule and participate in stakeholder meetings to track progress, clarify dependencies and confirm next steps for specific relationships.
  • Capture concise meeting notes and clearly document action items, owners and target dates; follow up with responsible teams to support timely completion.
  • Draft high-quality emails and other communications for the ERE formation team, and consolidate relevant documentation for meetings, reviews and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain accurate and current records in the Ecosystem Relationship Management System (ERMS), the system of record, and prepare periodic status reports for relationships in formation.
  • Maintain an organized documentation repository, archive records appropriately and improve information sharing across stakeholder groups.
  • Drive adherence to quality-control procedures by tracking required Risk Management activities and approvals in close collaboration with onshore and GDS stakeholders.
  • Complete post-formation activities, including drafting relationship summaries for Discover, updating distribution lists and documentation, and coordinating kickoff calls for newly established ecosystem relationships.
  • Ensure that the ecosystem formation process and supporting documentation are reviewed, updated and refreshed regularly.
  • Identify opportunities to educate global stakeholders, strengthen awareness and promote consistent adherence to the ecosystem formation process.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, recommending practical solutions and introducing more efficient ways of working.
  • Drive simplification and automation across the ecosystem formation lifecycle, leveraging agentic AI and other digital capabilities to enable smarter, faster and more efficient ways of working while maintaining appropriate quality, risk and governance controls.
Knowledge and Skill Guidance
  • Strong organizational, program and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to distill complex issues, articulate risks and clearly communicate process requirements and expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders across geographies, time zones and virtual teams.
  • Knowledge of EY and GDS operations, including organizational structures, operating models and management information systems, is advantageous for internal candidates.
  • For internal candidates, knowledge or understanding of EY’s risk‑management, Independence, Quality and approval processes; for external candidates, practical knowledge of risk, independence, compliance and governance mandates within a Big Four or comparable professional‑services firm.
  • Strong research and due‑diligence capability, supported by rigorous attention to detail and a commitment to first‑time quality.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve issues independently, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement sustainable mitigation measures that prevent recurrence.
  • Demonstrated capability in continuous process improvement, simplification and automation, including the ability to identify suitable use cases for agentic AI and other digital solutions that improve speed, quality, scalability and stakeholder experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and other common business productivity tools.
Academics & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, Commerce or a related discipline.
  • Master of Business Administration or an equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  • 9+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an individual‑contributor role involving engagement with senior onshore stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in a strong program management environment; exposure to alliance or ecosystem relationship formation, governance or operations is preferred.
Working Hours
  • The role requires regular overlap with US Eastern or Central time zones. The ability and willingness to work these hours is a mandatory requirement.
