Job summary

Seikor Group in India seeks an experienced consultant to lead large-scale GCC/GBS transformation initiatives, guiding workstreams from planning to implementation and ensuring steady state. You will design operating models, develop business cases, and manage transitions across Finance, HR, Procurement, IT and Legal, while engaging with C-suite and global stakeholders.

A strong track record in TOM design, transition management, and deal negotiations is essential, with MBA preferred from Tier1

Qualifications

• 3-12 years in consulting, GCC/GBS focus.
• Led end-to-end GCC/GBS transformation projects, including business case, strategy, operating model, and transition.
• Expertise in TOM design and execution, governance, cost structures, and service delivery models (Insourcing, Outsourcing).
• Led multi-functional transitions across Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Legal with knowledge transfer.
• Strong stakeholder management, including C-suite engagement across global markets.
• Deep understanding of location strategy, feasibility analyses, workforce planning, cost-benefit analysis, and investment modelling.
• Proven track record in business development, including RFI/RFP responses, solutioning, and contract negotiations for GBS/GCC deals.
• Preferred Qualifications: MBA from Tier1 institutes
• Experience and knowledge of business functions (Finance, HR, IT)

Role & responsibilities

Key skills required -

• Project Management & Execution: Ability to manage assigned workstreams of a large-scale GCC/GBS project from planning to implementation.
• Process Improvement & Standardization: Experience in functional process optimization, SLA development, and benchmarking.
• Stakeholder & Client Collaboration: Strong communication skills for engaging with senior executives and functional leaders.
• Transition & Change Management: Expertise in shared services setup, workforce transition, and knowledge transfer frameworks.

Qualifications

• 3-12 years of experience in consulting organisations (preferably Big4/ other consulting firms), specializing in GBS, GCC, and shared services setup, expansion, and optimization
• Led end-to-end GCC/GBS transformation projects, including shared services/GBS/GCC business case & strategy development, operating model design, and transition / implementation
• Expertise in Target Operating Model (TOM) design and execution, covering governance frameworks, cost structures, and service delivery models (Insourcing, Outsourcing).
• Led multi-functional transitions (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Legal), ensuring seamless service migration, knowledge transfer, and operational stabilization.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, including C-suite engagement and client relationship management across global markets (Europe, US, India, Rest of Asia, etc.).
• Deep understanding of location strategy and feasibility assessments, including workforce planning, cost-benefit analysis, and investment modelling.
• Proven track record in business development, including RFI/RFP responses, solutioning, and contract negotiations for GBS/GCC deal
