Role & responsibilities

1. Assessing and monitoring patients: Nurses are responsible for assessing and monitoring the physical and mental health of patients, including their vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.


2. Administering medications: Nurses are trained to administer medications to patients as prescribed by a physician or other healthcare provider.


3. Creating care plans: Nurses develop care plans based on patient needs and health status, which may include goals, interventions, and expected outcomes.


4. Collaborating with healthcare providers: Nurses work with other healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive the appropriate care and treatment.
