• Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation

• Guiding teams in the adoption of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices for efficient software delivery
• Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain quality software standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop tailored solutions
• Promoting the use of Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) to validate software functionality
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Engaging in client management to build and maintain strong relationships and address client needs effectively

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
