Diageo India is seeking a GBS Finance Partner / Manager to drive financial analysis, performance insights and business partnering for the GBS leadership. Based in Bangalore, you will support FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and investment analysis to enable informed decision-making.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, challenge plans with data-driven insights and help deliver productivity, cost optimization and strategic targets across the GBS function.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant finance experience.
• Professional qualifications such as CA/CWA or equivalent.
• Experience in FP&A and management reporting.
• Strong financial analysis and commercial understanding.
• Good forecasting, budgeting and modelling skills.
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Role Purpose

Provide financial analysis, performance insights and business partnering support to GBS leadership and teams, enabling effective decision-making and delivery of GBS financial and strategic priorities.

Key Accountabilities

Performance & Business Partnering

• Support GBS performance reviews and reporting.
• Provide financial insights on key business drivers.
• Support stakeholders with financial decision-making.

Planning & Forecasting

• Support Annual Strategy planning.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and AOP activities.
• Support delivery of financial targets.

Value & Productivity

• Support tracking of GBS productivity and savings initiatives.
• Analyse cost and productivity drivers.
• Track benefits against agreed targets.
• Highlight risks to benefit delivery.

Investment & Transformation

• Support business cases and investment analysis.
• Validate financial assumptions and benefits.
• Support tracking of transformation spend and outcomes.
• Provide Finance support to GBS projects and initiatives.
• Supporting efficiency.

Experience & Capabilities

• 6-8 years of relevant Finance experience.
• CA/CWA, or similar
• Experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering or management reporting.
• Strong financial analysis and commercial understanding.
