Job summary

Honeybee Tech Solutions in Pimpri, Pune, India, seeks a senior leader to run the GBS AI Factory and define the roadmap for Agentic AI solutions across finance processes.

You will design, develop, and deliver scalable AI systems, build a high-performing AI engineering team, and drive governance, security, and ROI for enterprise AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 8 to 12 years of software engineering and solution development experience.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex enterprise projects.
• Strong experience with GenAI, AI/ML, Automation Technologies, and Agentic AI.
• Expertise in Azure Cloud and modern development technologies.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC & ABAP related to Finance & Accounting.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Shipping, or Engineering domains.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven Finance Automation, including Invoice Processing, Accounts Payable Automation, and Intelligent Workflow Orchestration.
• Strong software architecture and solution design experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and project management skills.
• Valid passport (travel to Europe may be required).
