Galaxy Resource Private Limited in Lucknow is seeking a Garment Store Sales Manager to lead the store's sales team and drive performance. You will set daily, weekly and monthly targets, assist key customers, and ensure brand standards in merchandising and service.

• Lead and motivate the store’s sales executives; plan daily duties, breaks and weekly offs.
• Set and track daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for the outlet and each team member.
• Personally assist key customers and step in to close high-value or tricky sales.
• Keep visual merchandising, displays and the trial-room area to brand standards.
• Monitor stock levels, fast/slow movers and coordinate replenishment with the Garments Division office.
• Supervise billing, cash handling, exchanges and returns; reconcile daily sales.
• Train new staff on product knowledge, customer service and selling skills.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations calmly and fairly.
