Job summary

Naukripay group is seeking an experienced Garment QC to ensure garments meet quality standards throughout production. You will inspect at multiple stages, verify measurements, and coordinate corrective actions with production teams to sustain buyer satisfaction.

The role requires 2–5 years in garment quality control, knowledge of AQL methods, and strong attention to detail. Diploma or related degree is preferred, with full-time employment and company-driven location requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or graduate in Garment Technology, Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect garments at different production stages including cutting, stitching, finishing and packing.
• Check for stitching defects, fabric defects, stains, holes, shade variation and finishing issues.
• Verify measurements against size charts and specifications.
• Conduct inline and final quality inspections.
• Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
• Ensure garments meet buyer specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor workmanship, seams, trims, labels and accessories.
• Conduct random and AQL-based inspections where applicable.
• Coordinate with production, merchandising and sampling teams to resolve quality issues.
• Track recurring defects and recommend preventive measures.
• Ensure segregation and rework of rejected garments and assist with final shipment inspection.
