Job summary

Atari India is seeking a Game Producer to own the full lifecycle of platform games for remote, contract work. You will shape strategy, coordinate internal teams and external studios, and manage platform partner relationships to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.

You will lead agile planning, track progress via dashboards, and own key metrics like revenue and daily players. Prior experience in retro/arcade IP and data-driven decisions is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a game producer/associate producer in casual, mobile or browser games.
• Shipped games end to end, coordinating internal and external teams.
• Working knowledge of Unity and HTML5 pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with agile/scrum planning and live production.
• Strong PM and communication skills; able to juggle multiple titles.
• Experience with platform partner launch/certification requirements.
• Experience managing external studio/vendor relationships and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own each title across its full lifecycle: strategy, concept, production, testing, launch and live-ops

• Manage external studio and vendor relationships, and drive IP intake and rights clearance with legal/licensing
• Own KPIs (games live, revenue/daily player, engagement) and drive initiatives to improve them; report weekly
• Manage risk across game timelines: flag slippage early and drive mitigation and release management
• Scout new IP and channels (Discord, YouTube Playables, Telegram) for expansion

Remote (requires core overlap with Europe/India time zones) Employment Type: Contractual(3 months) Overview We're reimagining Atari's classic arcade catalog as short-session games for Reddit, MSN and emerging channels. We need a Game Producer to own the pipeline end to end, shaping game strategy, turning concepts into shipped live titles, and keeping developers, designers, QA and external studios moving in sync.
