Job summary

Quik Hire Staffing seeks a Board Game Reasoning Expert (AI Training & Evaluation) to work full-time, applying expertise in board games, game mechanics, strategic reasoning, probability, and complex rules to train and evaluate AI models.

You will create, review, and evaluate high-quality datasets that improve AI performance and contribute to benchmark standards through rigorous evaluation guidelines and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as CS, mathematics, cognitive science, game design, philosophy, economics, or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in board-game design, playtesting, tabletop communities, or related strategy environments.
• Strong understanding of logic, probabilistic reasoning, game mechanics, and complex rule systems.
• Background in game theory, behavioral economics, decision science, or formal logic.
