May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

Whether you’re onsite or sharing your expertise via the cloud, you’ll deliver top-class support and inspire customer loyalty. As a Principal Consultant you will:

Work on designated skills, Data Migration and Reporting or Integrations (OIC, ODI, and SOA)
Consultant to adhere to secure coding standards published by Oracle
Consultant to ensure quality and timely delivery of their work and as per the project management plan
Consultant to work with internal (Oracle Consulting, Prod Dev, Support teams etc.) and external stakeholders
Consultant to work on their IDP setup by the hiring manager
Consultant to align with the Team Goals setup during every FY

Good understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP cloud modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO, etc
Role is an Individual Contributor role. Being Hands-On is a critical requirement
Experience in Solution design for Customer engagements in the Fusion Data Migration, Reporting and Integration (OIC/SOA Suite) space
Drive detailed design for customer requirements and able to develop codes, test and deliver on time
Conduct Design review to provide guidance and Quality assurance around best practices and framework
Niche skills like PCS/VBCS/ODI/BPM/BICS are plus
Good understanding of Oracle EBS data models for data migration from EBS to Fusion Cloud
