Job summary

JPMorganChase in Hyderabad is seeking a Fund Servicing Analyst to join our global operations team. You will execute routine fund servicing tasks, onboard new funds, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to maintain accurate investor data.

The role requires 4+ years in financial services operations, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel. You will contribute to process improvements, ensuring controls and timely servicing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial services operations, investor services, transaction processing, or data management functions.
• Experience supporting investor onboarding, transfer agency, AML/KYC operations, client onboarding, or related operational processes.
• Strong understanding of operational controls, risk management, and data integrity principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with global stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support investor onboarding activities for new fund launches and subsequent fund closes.
• Process and maintain investor account information, including banking instructions, contact details, and static data across internal systems.
• Review and execute investor-related transactions and requests in accordance with established procedures and service level agreements.
• Distribute investor communications and fund notices accurately and within specified timelines.
• Perform end-to-end quality reviews to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with operational controls.
• Partner with global teams across regions to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
• Proactively identify, communicate, and elevate risks, issues, or control breaks to management.

• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within global teams
