Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data maintenance or transaction processing in financial services.
• Experience in client/investor onboarding, AML/KYC operations or investor servicing.
• Exposure to Private Equity, Alternative Funds or fund administration operations.
• Experience with Investran and Data Exchange.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong teamwork and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage investor onboarding and contact setup for Private Equity fund launches.
• Maintain investor static data and banking instructions across systems.
• Process fund notices with timely upload and release to investors.
• Review investor/account updates for accuracy and completeness.
• Support investor transaction and data maintenance to meet timelines.
• Identify and escalate issues to management promptly.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to new team members.
• Collaborate with global Investor Relations on projects.

As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Your primary focus will be on executing routine transactions and collaborating with various teams. You will also apply your knowledge of fund servicing to ensure smooth operations, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements. Job Responsibilities

• Manage investor onboarding and respective contact setup as part of Private Equity fund launches and subsequent fund closes.
• Maintain and update investor static data, including bank/wire instructions, contact information and accounting-related data across applicable systems.
• Process requests for fund notices, ensuring accurate upload and release to applicable investors within required timelines.
• Perform end-to-end reviews of investor and account updates to ensure accuracy, completeness and adherence to established procedures.
• Support investor transaction and data maintenance activities, consistently meeting operational timelines and quality standards.
• Identify, proactively communicate and escalate issues or exceptions to management in a timely manner.
• Provide training and process support to new team members, where applicable, to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with global Investor Relations teams and contribute to client-related, internal and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data maintenance, transaction processing or related financial services operations.
• Experience in client/investor onboarding, AML/KYC operations or investor servicing.
• Exposure to Private Equity, Alternative Funds or fund administration operations.
• Experience working with applications such as Investran and Data Exchange.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with a professional and proactive approach.
• Strong teamwork and independent working capabilities, with the ability to follow established procedures and demonstrate ownership through completion.
