Role Overview

Looking for an experienced ERP Test Analyst to support the delivery of a major Infor ERP implementation. The role involves coordinating and delivering testing activities across the full test lifecycle, working closely with Test Leads, business stakeholders, and functional SMEs.

You will work across functional workstreams, integrations, reporting, and data migration to ensure the Infor solution is robust, fit for purpose, and ready for deployment.

This is a structured testing role requiring strong test creation and execution skills across System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), along with strong coordination, governance, and stakeholder management abilities.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst or Senior Test Analyst within ERP or large enterprise system delivery.
• Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E) testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and cross-functional integrations.
• Experience developing and executing detailed test scenarios and scripts.
• Experience supporting ERP test planning, scheduling, and governance.
• Experience defining test scope across ERP modules, integrations, and business processes.
• Experience reviewing requirements and solution designs for clarity and testability.
• Experience defining and validating business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience coordinating integration testing between ERP and third-party systems.
• Experience supporting data migration and reporting validation.
• Experience with defect management, triage, impact analysis, and resolution tracking.
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, or equivalent.
• Experience working within structured delivery frameworks and governance models.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Collaborative approach with technical and business stakeholders.
