Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Process Solution Expert to support Plant Users in addressing queries and issues in Intra Logistics (I2D). You will analyze gaps, collaborate on new solutions, and design and deploy I2D enhancements across SAP EWM environments.

You will also lead testing phases, assist in data migrations, and conduct user trainings while supporting post-go-live hypercare and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SAP EWM across versions; experience in S/4HANA Embedded EWM; at least 1 year in S/4HANA.
• Ability to prepare Functional Specs for EWM developments.
• Expertise in EWM-ERP integration setup and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with all mandatory EWM features (and knowledge of VAS).
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP EWM implementations with post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

Role Overview:

Function: Serve as a Process Solution Expert, supporting Plant Users in addressing queries and issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analysis and identify new business requirements in Intra Logistics (I2D)


• Collaborate with the Process Responsible team to develop new & alternate solutions User & Process Support


• Design & Build and Deploy of I2D solutions


• Assist Plant Key Users & Plant Users in testing phases (Unit, Integration, UAT)


• Support data migration activities (Test Migration, Productive Migration)


• Conduct training sessions for Key Users


• Provide Hypercare Support post go-live


• Troubleshoot defects during testing and post-go-live phases


• Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel for short-term business trips (up to 4 weeks) domestically and internationally.


• Process improvement activities (PIA): Understand business request & Support the PIA Lead to implement improvement activities (Validate/finalize the scope / coordinate with technical team to complete unit testing and implementation; Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements and translate them into functional specifications in support with Lead Consultant; Mentor Junior & Senior Functional consultants to develop competency required for project deliverables; Responsible for the assigned Business Requirement (BR))

QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Additional Information

5+yrs experience in: EWM Versions: Experience in SAP EWM 9.5 and S/4HANA Embedded EWM, with at least one year in S/4HANA.

Functional Specifications: Ability to prepare Functional Specs for EWM developments. EWM-ERP Integration: Expertise in EWM-ERP integration setup and configuration.

EWM Features Must have hands-on experience with all mandatory EWM features (as per provided reference). Nice to Have: Knowledge of Value-Added Services (VAS) and Automated Warehouse processes. Implementation

Experience: Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP EWM implementations with good experience & knowledge on SAP Embedded EWM Support Experience: At least two projects involving post-go-live support or full-time support roles.

Rollout Experience: Understanding of template rollout methodologies. Integration & Interface Expertise: Hands-on experience with IDOCs, CIF, RFC for setup and issue resolution. Solution Design: Ability to translate customer requirements into EWM solutions effectively. Process Knowledge & Experience: Inbound, Outbound, Warehousing, and Packaging:

Must be strong in at least one process area, with good knowledge of the other three.

Definition of \"Strong\": Ability to list worked-on processes, explain customer requirements, and describe how the process meets business needs.

Process Variants: Understanding of process variations for different business scenarios. EWM Production Integration: Good knowledge of production replenishment processes and integration features. Industry Expertise: Auto/Manufacturing Industry: Minimum two years of experience working in EWM within automotive or manufacturing industries. Nice to Have: Exposure to SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM).
