Job summary

Algoleap Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a Functional Consultant with 3-6 years of experience in o9 Demand Planning. The role requires hands-on configuration of o9 Demand Planning, including attributes, measures, hierarchies, rules, and data uploads, with exposure to Config 2.0 preferred.

The candidate should have strong SQL and Python skills, experience with Demand Planning processes, and be capable of client-facing workshops, UAT, and post-Go-Live support. Based in Bangalore North, India.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of overall experience, with 2+ years of hands-on o9 Demand Planning experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in o9 Demand Planning configuration: Attributes, Measures, Dimensions & Hierarchies, Rules, Workbooks, Data Uploads/Integration, Config 2.0 (preferred).
• Good understanding of Demand Planning business processes: Statistical Forecasting, Forecast Consumption, Consensus Demand Planning, Forecast Accuracy.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Basic to intermediate Python knowledge, preferably with o9 Python plugin exposure.
• Experience in SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-Go-Live support.
• Ability to confidently explain technical work performed on o9 during implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients during workshops, requirement gathering, or UAT.
• Participate in SIT/UAT testing and production deployment activities.
• Provide post-Go-Live support and assist with ongoing optimization of o9 Demand Planning solutions.
