Job summary

FIS in Pune is seeking a Functional SME to collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QAs, DevOps and Architects to design, implement and test Asset Finance solutions.

You will run requirements workshops, map data, support data validation and reconciliation testing, and oversee system integration testing and UAT to deliver innovative auto finance solutions.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years in product management, design, or software development in Auto Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Asset Finance domain and delivering finance-related software solutions.
• Ability to run client requirements workshops and translate them into actionable plans.
• Experience with data mapping, data validation and reconciliation testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Support data mapping, data validation, reconciliation testing and UAT.
• Coordinate data validation and system integration testing for Asset Finance solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QAs, DevOps and Architects to design and implement solutions.

About the role

As a Functional SME you will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QAs, DevOps, Architects to design, build, implement and test quality technical or functional solutions. As part of the team, you will workclosely with clients and internal teams to deliverinnovative, newsolutions that meet their needsand help advance the way the world pays,banksand invests.

Preferred candidate profile

• Play a pivotal role in implementing Asset Finance (AAF) Solution and its various modules
• Perform client requirements gathering workshops, put together project plans, perform data mapping /requirements workshops, assist clients in performing data validation and reconciliation testing, system integration testing and UAT
• At least 9 plus years of experience in product management, design and/or development of software products and services for the Auto, Leasing & Lending (Commercial, Retail, Auto Finance, Asset Finance) domain with strong track record of progressive experience and responsibility.
