• Strong knowledge of risk-based audit planning and execution.
• Familiarity with RBI guidelines, circulars, and regulatory updates.
• Experience in preparing audit reports with observations, root cause, risk/impact, and recommendations.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

• Capability to assess risks across functions and branches.
• Skill in identifying gaps, control weaknesses, and process inefficiencies.
• Ability to analyze audit findings and recommend practical solutions.
• Strong judgment in prioritizing high-risk areas for audit focus.
• Problem-solving mindset to address issues during audit execution and follow-up.

Communication Skills

• Effective presentation of audit findings to auditee.
• Ability to conduct walkthroughs and explain audit procedures to auditees.
• Strong coordination skills with internal, external, and specialized auditors.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Qualification:

• MBA/M.com degree relevant for performing the role described in job description Chartered Accountant (CA)/ CMA/CIMA, ACCA qualification is an added advantage

Nature of Experience:

• 4-5 years of overall experience in Functional /Process or Management Audit in Banking and NBFC.Role & responsibilities
