Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Fullstack Staff Engineer - Cloud Native to design, build, and deliver platforms and applications powering digital healthcare for our consumer health brands.

Reporting to Software Engineering Manager, you will drive development, testing, and release of products in a multi-cloud, event-driven architecture, championing modern practices and high-performing, product-centric delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years of hands-on software development.
• Full Stack development using JavaScript/React.JS/Node.JS or Java.
• Cloud experience with Azure or AWS.
• Containerization with Docker & Kubernetes.
• Experience in AI engineering, including LLMs, prompt engineering and multi-agent workflows.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Lead the software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Deliver high-quality features aligned with reference architecture and standards.
• Ensure production-ready solutions for various product initiatives.

You will champion modern engineering practices, implement robust solutions in a multi-cloud, event-driven architecture, and collaborate across teams to enable high-performing, product-centric delivery.
