Job summary

Maveric, Bengaluru, is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Lead to drive design, development and delivery of web, mobile, API and cloud solutions. You will mentor engineering teams and champion technical excellence.

The role requires leadership across frontend, backend and cloud domains, with emphasis on stakeholder engagement, delivery ownership, and AI-assisted engineering practices. Four days per week on-site at the Maveric office.

Qualifications

• 810 years experience in software engineering.
• Strong expertise in frontend, backend and cloud development.
• Proven team leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Banking/Fintech experience preferred.
