Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain large-scale Java applications on AWS cloud platform using Spring Boot microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of the application by implementing best practices such as CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to application deployment, networking (Kafka), database interactions (SQL & NoSQL), and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in developing Java applications on AWS cloud platform with expertise in Spring Boot microservices architecture.
• Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins for continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline management.
• Strong understanding of AWS services including EC2, S3, EBS, Lambda functions etc., Kafka messaging queues for data processing.
