Job summary

Iris Software in Noida is seeking a Fullstack Gen AI Engineer to design and deliver enterprise AI solutions, focusing on Generative AI, cloud integration, and scalable applications. You will build agentic workflows and RAG/graph-based knowledge retrieval systems, using Python and FastAPI.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Gen AI engineering or related field.
Proven experience with LLMs, RAG and agentic AI concepts.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI services and enterprise integrations.
Strong programming skills in Python and API development.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
Build RAG, Graph RAG, and Agentic AI solutions for knowledge retrieval and intelligent automation.
Develop AI-powered applications aligned with business requirements.
Develop secure AI services using Python and FastAPI.
Configure AI agents, tool-calling mechanisms, and workflow automation solutions.
Develop and maintain workflows using LangChain or LangGraph.
Implement prompt engineering, context management, and retrieval strategies.
Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, databases, external APIs, cloud services, and MCP-based services.
Perform testing, validation, and evaluation of AI-generated outputs.
Monitor AI solution performance and support troubleshooting and optimization.
Maintain technical documentation, prompt configurations, workflow definitions, and implementation artifacts.
Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to support AI solution delivery.
Ensure AI solutions are reliable, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.
