Technical Requirements

• • Frontend: 2+ years of experience with React. You should be comfortable with Hooks, functional components, and modern state management (Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or React Context).
• • Backend: 2+ years of experience with strong proficiency in Node.js. Experience with frameworks like Express or NestJS
• • Language: Professional experience using TypeScript across the entire stack to build type-safe applications.
• • Database: Experience writing and optimizing queries for relational databases (e.g.,PostgreSQL) using ORMs like Prisma or TypeORM.
• • APIs: Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs. (Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus).
• • Testing: Familiarity with writing unit and integration tests using Jest, Vitest, or Testing Library.

Your Responsibilities

• • Feature Ownership: Take ownership of medium-to-large features from concept through delivery. Participate actively in technical and design discussions, make informed implementation decisions, and deliver high-quality, maintainable code that aligns with product goals.
• • API Development: Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services and API endpoints. Ensure APIs are secure, well-documented, and follow best practices for performance, reliability, and versioning.
• • Code Quality & Reviews: Participate in peer code reviews by providing constructive feedback, identifying potential improvements, and ensuring adherence to internal coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• • Debugging & Optimization: Proactively identify, debug, and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues across both client-side and server-side codebases, using profiling and monitoring tools where appropriate.
• • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to refine requirements, assess technical feasibility, and ensure solutions are aligned with user needs and business objectives.
