Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Lead the development of new features and maintain existing code across the entire application stack.
• Hands-on Coding: Spend the majority of your time writing high-quality, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Frontend Expertise: Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using Angular, ReactJS, Clojure/Clojurescript, or another modern JavaScript framework.
• Backend Proficiency: Build and maintain scalable server-side applications, APIs, and services primarily using Python.
• Debugging and Troubleshooting: Demonstrate excellent debugging and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues in both development and production environments.
• System Design: Actively participate in and contribute to system design and architecture discussions, ensuring the solutions are scalable, maintainable, and reliable.
• Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior team members to maintain high standards of code quality and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Frontend Technologies: Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript and extensive experience with at least one modern framework like Angular, ClojureScript, ReactJS, or similar.
• Backend Technologies: Proven expertise in server-side development using Python/Java and SQL.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of software development principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• System Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to understand and contribute to large-scale system architecture and design.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
