Job Title: Full Stack Engineer

Location: Bangalore, India
Experience: 4 to 7 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build and scale features for an established technology marketplace that enables developers to discover, test and pay for thousands of public APIs.

The platform handles hundreds of millions of API calls daily. You will work across React-based frontend applications, GraphQL APIs, Node.js microservices and database systems, building features that directly impact customer experience and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end product features across React, GraphQL Federation, Node.js microservices and databases.
• Build GraphQL types, resolvers and subgraph capabilities while maintaining clean architecture and role-based access control.
• Improve developer experience through intuitive UI, onboarding, in-browser testing, error handling and code snippet generation.
• Develop billing and commerce features covering subscriptions, plans, invoices, payouts and usage-based billing.
• Integrate payment systems such as Stripe and PayPal, including webhooks and usage-ledger workflows.
• Improve API marketplace search, discovery and listing experiences.
• Implement logging, tracing, metrics, monitoring and alerts for production systems.
• Write unit and integration tests and contribute to end-to-end and contract testing.
• Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot production issues.
• Use AI-assisted coding and agentic tools to improve development, code review and testing.

Required Skills

• 47 years of full-stack product engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with React and backend services.
• Practical GraphQL experience; GraphQL Federation is preferred.
• Knowledge of schema design, subgraph composition, persisted queries and performance optimization.
• Strong SQL skills and production experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as EKS, Lambda and Aurora.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
• Understanding of observability, feature flags and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong focus on code quality, automated testing, maintainability and developer experience.

Good to Have

• Experience with ClickHouse or Redis.
• Experience with billing systems and payment integrations such as Stripe or PayPal.
• Knowledge of API gateways and rate limiting.
• Familiarity with agent protocols such as MCP, A2A or x402.
• Experience with LLM-based developer tools.
