Qualifications

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Full Stack Developer to contribute to the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications across enterprise platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about building end-to-end solutions across frontend and backend systems. You will work closely with product, platform, and security teams to develop robust applications and follow reusable, secure-by-design development practices.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components of enterprise applications
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces ensuring performance and usability
• Develop and integrate APIs and backend services to support application functionality
• Follow established development standards for code quality, testing, and version control
• Support CI/CD pipelines for application build, test, and deployment automation
• Work with enterprise platforms such as APIs, databases, messaging systems, and ServiceNow integrations where required
• Implement secure coding practices including authentication, authorization, and data protection
• Contribute to logging, monitoring, and performance tracking for applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, supporting root cause analysis and fixes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for development, testing, and release activities
• Contribute to code reviews and team knowledge sharing

What We Value

• Strong hands-on experience in full stack development using modern frameworks (e.g., React/Angular, Node.js/Java/.NET)
• Good understanding of frontend and backend architecture, API design, and application development practices
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure preferred)
• Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, or .NET
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release processes
• Understanding of secure coding practices and application security basics
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools and basic observability concepts
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to work in a collaborative environment

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in cloud or development technologies are preferred

Additional Requirements

Being flexible to work on weekends if required for release deployments
