About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and Node.js. As part of our product engineering team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing products used by customers at scale. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative, reliable, and user‑centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Build intuitive, responsive, and high‑performance user interfaces.
• Develop secure, reusable, and efficient RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Translate product requirements into high‑quality technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code following engineering best practices.
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, production issues, and technical debt.
• Continuously improve development processes, tools, and coding standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Full Stack development.
• Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
• Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Good working knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience with Redux, Context API, or similar state management libraries.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and event‑driven architecture.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth).
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and software architecture principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable, distributed, and microservices‑based applications.
• Exposure to GraphQL, WebSockets, or event‑driven systems.
• Experience with automated testing using Jest, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
