Job summary

Codincity Digital Technologies seeks a senior full-stack developer/architect to lead architecture and delivery for complex enterprise applications in Bengaluru. You will own technical direction across React frontend and .NET 8 backend, with Azure Functions, EF Core, and multi-database patterns, while guiding a team through robust CI/CD and security best practices.

• Azure PaaS (App Service, Functions, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Key Vault, Entra ID/MSAL).
• EF Core, schema design and migrations across SQL + Cosmos DB.
• RBAC and audit-logging patterns in production systems.
• AI-assisted coding with Cursor or Claude Code as primary tool.
• Testing with xUnit, Pester, Playwright or equivalents.
• Azure DevOps for CI/CD across environments.
• Architectural ownership without peer review structures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with demonstrated architecture / technicalownership responsibility (Senior Developer or Architect level).
• Strong proficiency in React (18+), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Vite.
• Deep hands-on experience with .NET 8 / C#, including Azure Functions (isolated worker process model).
• Mandatory: PowerShell 7 and/or WPF/C# desktop application development experience.
• Production experience on Azure PaaS (App Service, Functions, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Key Vault,

Entra ID/MSAL) - not "used AWS, Azure is similar".

• Strong EF Core experience - schema design, migrations, and keeping multi-schema relational + NoSQL data

layers (SQL + Cosmos DB) in sync.

• Experience implementing role-based access control and audit-logging patterns in production systems.
• Daily, hands-on fluency with Cursor or Claude Code as your primary way of writing code. You should be

comfortable being handed a detailed engineering specification and executing against it with an AI pairprogrammer, including reviewing and correcting its output, not just accepting it.

• Testing discipline across xUnit, Pester, and Playwright (or direct equivalents), especially for security- and

compliance-sensitive code paths.

• Azure DevOps (Repos, Boards, Pipelines) experience - building and maintaining CI/CD through multiple

deployment slots/environments.

• Comfortable being the single senior technical owner - able to make and defend architecture decisions

without a peer engineering review structure in place.
