Xanitos, Inc. in Salem, OH is seeking a Hospital Housekeeper for the 2nd shift to support client facilities with daily cleaning tasks. The position is on-site with full-time or part-time options and offers an hourly wage of $15.00.

Part-time staff may be scheduled up to three days per week. The Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers role includes cleaning rooms, hallways and restrooms, maintaining clean and orderly areas, and supporting daily operations at the Salem Regional Medical Center

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial industry is a plus.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Post-offer medical, background screening and drug test required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebasket and transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.

Xanitos is hiring Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers for 2nd shift at Salem Regional Medical Center in Salem, OH.

• Hourly Pay Rate $15.00
• Part-time schedules are also available.

Job Overview:

The Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers may work in any location on client premises. This individual cleans and keeps in an orderly condition facilities or locations in a health care campus. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Xanitos may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities, client requirements and applicable industry standards.
