Job summary

Comviva in Maharashtra, India is seeking a software developer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in core Java and modern front-end technologies to design, develop, and test new features.

You will work in an Agile Scrum environment, contribute to code reviews, minimize technical debt, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of software development experience focusing on Java
• 3–5 years in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
• Expertise in JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular
• Experience writing unit tests with JUnit
• Familiar with libraries like jQuery/Backbone and front-end frameworks Bootstrap/Foundation
• Proficiency in SQL databases such as MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Experience with Node.js, J2EE, Apache, Nginx, IIS
• Proficient in API design and RESTful services (Swagger)
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts and scalable design principles
• Version control with Git; familiarity with Jira/JQL is a plus

• A minimum of 4-6 years experience as a developer with deep and thorough knowledge on core JAVA.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in front-end technologies such as Java Script, HTML5, CSS
• Expertise in JavaScript frameworks like React JS, AngularJS, etc.
• Expertise in writing unit test cases using tools like JUnit
• Familiarity with libraries like jQuery or Backbone JS. Front end frameworks like Foundation or Bootstrap
• Expertise in SQL / database technologies like MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Expertise in Web server technologies like Node.js, J2EE, Apache, Nginx, ISS, etc.
