Bharat Fincare is hiring a passionate full-stack engineer to own the development of scalable web applications across frontend and backend. You will design and implement both client and server components, ensuring robust APIs and delightful user interfaces for fintech workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of scalable web apps across frontend and backend.

• Design database schemas, migrations, transactions, and third-party integrations.
• Implement secure authentication, data protection, validation, and reliable APIs.
• Manage deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, and production infra with Docker and cloud.
• Build reliable systems with retries, idempotency, webhooks, and background jobs.
• Take ownership from design to deployment and production support.

Role & responsibilities

• Build backend services and REST APIs using Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Design database schemas, migrations, transactions, and integrations with third-party APIs.
• Implement secure authentication, data protection, validation, and reliable API workflows.
• Manage deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, and production infrastructure using Docker and AWS/GCP.
• Build reliable systems with proper handling of retries, idempotency, webhooks, and background jobs.
• Take ownership of features from design and development through deployment and production support.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, security, performance, and auditability.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years of experience building and shipping production web applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, React, Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Comfortable owning both frontend and backend with strong API and database fundamentals.
• Good understanding of security, authentication, cloud deployment, Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment with high ownership and minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, product-focused approach to engineering.
• Fintech, lending, payments, KYC, or financial integrations experience is a strong plus.
