Job summary

Psiog Digital is seeking a high-potential Full Stack Engineer to grow into Technical Co-Lead for a large enterprise account. You will hands-on develop and mentor, while partnering with Delivery Manager to improve delivery quality.

The role combines React/TypeScript frontend with C#/.NET backend, Azure deployment, and engineering governance. You will influence architecture, code reviews, CI/CD, and stakeholder communications across Scrum teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of React.js, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Proficient with C# and ASP.NET Core REST APIs.
• Experience with Azure deployment and services (App Services, Functions, SQL, Storage).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, Git and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and .NET.
• Build secure REST APIs using ASP.NET Core and EF Core.
• Develop and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Act as the technical anchor across one or more Scrum teams.
• Guide developers through code reviews and mentoring.
• Drive engineering excellence including CI/CD, code quality and testing.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and support sprint planning.
• Participate in customer meetings and technical workshops.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and improvements.
• Represent the engineering team in customer discussions and demos.
• Partner with Delivery Manager to improve delivery predictability and customer satisfaction.
• Grow into a technical leadership role with ownership of delivery and people.

You will partner with the Delivery Manager to drive high-quality execution while mentoring engineers and scaling engineering practices.
