Prepay Nation LLC is seeking a hands-on Full-Stack .NET Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable business applications in a collaborative, Agile environment.

You will work with CTO and stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions, deliver end-to-end features, and ensure secure APIs and integrations.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, code quality, automated testing, documentation, and the responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.

Qualificações

• Experience designing and developing scalable web applications with .NET and React.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with CTO to discuss requirements, priorities, delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and production issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, Support, Finance, business stakeholders, the Project Manager, Development Lead, and other engineering teams.
• Understand business problems and convert them into clear technical requirements and practical solutions.
• Contribute to sprint planning and prioritize work based on business impact and dependencies.
• Convert requirements and use cases into technical designs and working applications.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET and React.
• Develop secure APIs and integrations with internal systems, external platforms, and third‑party services.
• Build rapid prototypes or proofs of concept when requirements need validation.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of assigned features from clarification to production release and support.
• Write efficient, reusable, reliable, and maintainable code.
• Work with Operations and Support to investigate incidents and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance on applications, workflows, reporting, reconciliation, or integrations involving financial data.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, defects, and technical risks.
• Create automated unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
• Maintain technical documentation including design, APIs, and deployment processes.
• Ensure applications comply with security, quality, performance, and engineering standards.
• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly for prototyping, code generation, testing, and documentation.
• Review, test, and validate all AI-generated code before incorporation.
• Explain technical decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Stay current with relevant technologies and recommend improvements.

Prepay Nation is looking for a hands‑on Full-Stack .NET Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and support scalable business applications. The engineer will coordinate with the CTO and collaborate with business stakeholders, Operations, Support, Finance, the Project Manager, Development Lead, and other engineering team members. The role requires someone who can understand business problems, clarify requirements, recommend practical technical solutions, and take features from initial concept through production deployment and support.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in an agile environment, communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, resolving complex integration issues, and using modern development tools - including AI-assisted coding tools - to improve delivery speed and software quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Coordinate with the CTO regularly to discuss requirements, technical priorities, delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and production issues.
• - Collaborate with Operations, Support, Finance, business stakeholders, the Project Manager, Development Lead, and other engineering teams.
• - Understand business and operational problems and convert them into clear technical requirements and practical solutions.
• - Contribute to sprint planning and help prioritize work based on business impact, technical dependencies, and operational needs.
• - Convert requirements and use cases into technical designs and working applications.
• - Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET and React.
• - Develop secure APIs and integrations with internal systems, external platforms, and third‑party services.
• - Build rapid prototypes or proofs of concept when requirements or solution approaches need validation.

• - Maintain technical documentation, including application design, APIs, integrations, deployment processes, and operational guidance.
• - Ensure applications comply with company security, quality, performance, and engineering standards.
• - Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly for activities such as prototyping, code generation, test creation, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• - Review, test, and validate all AI-generated code before it is incorporated into an application.
• - Clearly explain technical decisions, alternatives, risks, and trade‑offs to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• - Stay current with relevant technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.
• - Perform other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• - Experience with Azure services such as App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Service Bus, Key Vault, Application Insights, or Azure DevOps.
• - Experience with Docker or other container technologies.
• - Understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and secure API development.
• - Experience with observability, logging, monitoring, and production support.
• - Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools within a professional development workflow.
• - Ability to create prototypes and validate solutions directly with business and operational stakeholders.
• - Experience working with reporting, reconciliation, financial workflows, or transaction‑processing systems.
• - Experience working in fintech, payments, prepaid products, or transaction‑processing systems is an advantage.
