JOB PURPOSE

• Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking for a Software Engineer I for .NET Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise-grade applications
• Looking for an associate with strong experience in .NET Full Stack development to drive the development, enhancement, and delivery of modern web applications and services.
• The ideal candidate should possess hands‑on expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server, Angular/React, Cloud Technologies, and modern software engineering practices while contributing throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in an Agile environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Design and develop enterprise-scale .NET full stack applications.
• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular/React and modern web technologies.
• Follow technical standards, coding guidelines, and software engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Design and implement REST APIs, system integrations, and reusable application components.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline enhancements and DevOps adoption.

QUALIFICATION

Requires a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Data Engineering or similar combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background and minimum of 3-5 years software development experience with .NET.

3-5 years software development experience with .NET.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework/.NET 8+, Web APIs, Entity Framework, and Microservices.
• Experience with Angular/React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web application development.
• Hands‑on experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with authentication and authorization technologies such as OAuth2, JWT, and SSO.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience deploying and supporting applications in Azure and cloud-native environments.
• Proficiency in source control and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Git, and Bitbucket.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, system design, scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
