Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of full‑stack applications focused on interactive data visualizations using React.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and backend teams to translate data requirements into comprehensive full‑stack solutions.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers across frontend and backend, providing technical leadership, architecture guidance, and code reviews.
• Stay current with best practices in React, .NET Core, cloud technologies (Azure), and data visualization.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high‑quality full‑stack solutions covering both frontend interfaces and backend services.
• Troubleshoot frontend performance, backend integration, and overall system reliability.
• Support cross‑scrum teams in design activities and resolve technical blockers.
• Deliver training sessions on React and .NET to upskill team members.
• Lead and participate in multiple scrum teams, ensuring delivery accountability, architecture consistency, and best‑practice adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in front‑end development with a focus on React.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js).
