Job summary

TymblHub in Pune is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer & Team Lead to guide a small development team while staying hands-on across the complete technology stack.

You will leverage Java 8 and Java EE, MVC patterns, and modern front-end tech to build and maintain enterprise applications, drive technical decisions, and collaborate with product, architecture, and QA to deliver secure, scalable software.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Java 8 and Java EE/J2EE development experience.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, or directing development teams.
• Strong MVC architecture and enterprise app design knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with EJBs, Servlets, JPA/Hibernate, JDBC, and DAO/DTO.
• Front-end skills with jQuery, Bootstrap, and DataTables.
• Solid SQL and relational DB experience (MySQL / MS SQL Server).
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with Java app servers (WildFly, JBoss, TomEE).
• Familiarity with Maven/ANT, Git, and GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small development team through code reviews and guidance.
• Own technical delivery across the full stack from backend to front-end.
• Plan work with Product, Architecture, and QA to estimate effort.
• Ensure security and data-handling practices for regulatory information.
