Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a proficient Fullstack Developer (Angular + Java + SQL) to design and build scalable, secure web applications. You will work across frontend Angular and backend Java Spring Boot, integrating with relational and NoSQL databases, while ensuring robust API contracts and secure authentication.

You will contribute to unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, participate in CI/CD automation, and deploy on cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a FullStack Developer with Angular frontend and Java Spring Boot backend.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL like Cosmos DB.
• Experience implementing authentication/authorization (Spring Security, JWT, OAuth2).
• Define and maintain API contracts using Swagger/OpenAPI and ensure versioning.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Angular frontend applications using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS.
• Build RESTful APIs with Java/Spring Boot and integrate with databases.
• Define and maintain clear API contracts and integrate frontend with backend services and third-party APIs.
• Write unit/integration tests for backend (JUnit/Mockito) and frontend (Jasmine/Karma or Jest).
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and manage CI/CD pipelines.

Fullstack Developer (Angular + Java + SQL)

Job Requirements*

We are looking for a skilled FullStack Developer with strong expertise in Angular on the frontend and Java Spring Boot on the backend. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and highperformance web applications while working closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities*

Frontend Development (Angular)

• Design and develop modern, responsive web applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS
• Build reusable components, directives, pipes, and services following Angular best practices
• Manage application state using RxJS, NgRx, or similar state management libraries
• Optimize frontend performance using lazy loading, change detection strategies, and code splitting

Backend Development (Java Spring Boot)

• Design, develop, and maintain performant RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• Implement business logic, validation, and exception handling using clean, maintainable code
• Work with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (Azure Cosmos DB)
• Implement authentication and authorization using Spring Security, JWT, OAuth2.

API Integration

• Define and maintain clear API contracts using Swagger/OpenAPI
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and thirdparty APIs
• Ensure efficient data synchronization, error handling, and API versioning between systems

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Write unit and integration tests for backend services using JUnit, Mockito, and related frameworks
• Develop frontend unit tests using Jasmine/Karma or Jest
• Create and maintain endtoend tests using Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Deploy and maintain applications on Azure or other cloud platforms
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes
• Monitor applications using logging, metrics, and alerting tools

Security & Performance

• Apply industry best practices for application security, including XSS, CSRF protection, and secure API access
• Optimize performance across the stack, including frontend rendering and backend API response times
• Ensure applications are scalable, reliable, and productionready
