Job description

We're looking for a motivated MERN Stack Developer Intern to join our engineering team. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on real-world products using the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js stack, while learning directly from experienced developers. High-performing interns will be offered a full-time, permanent position at the end of the internship.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain features across the full stack — from database schemas to UI components

Develop and consume RESTful APIs

Collaborate with the team on code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups

Debug, test, and optimize application performance

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Work with Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development

What We're Looking For

Solid understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

Familiarity with REST APIs and Git/GitHub

Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Good to Have (Bonus)

Prior project experience (personal, academic, or freelance) using the MERN stack

Basic understanding of authentication (JWT/OAuth), state management (Redux/Context API), or cloud deployment (AWS/Vercel/Render)

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum workflows
