Job summary

ThinkRight Tech in Bangalore is seeking a senior full-stack engineer with 4+ years of experience to craft and maintain user-focused surfaces across admin portals, analytics dashboards, and customer-facing UIs for AI copilots. You will integrate frontends with REST/WebSocket APIs, contribute to SDKs, and own a design system.

Ideal candidates have strong React and TypeScript skills, modern tooling, and a passion for accessible, high-quality interfaces inside a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience in a product/SAAS setting.
• Strong React (hooks, context, performance) and TypeScript proficiency.
• Experience with state management libraries: Redux Toolkit, Zustand or React Query.
• Attention to product quality, delivering clean, accessible interfaces.
• Proficiency with modern tooling: Vite/Next.js, ESLint, Prettier, Jest/Vitest, Cypress.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the steward portal with match review, rule editor, audit log and metrics dashboards.
• Develop admin and monitoring portals focusing on pipeline throughput, match quality and drift alerts.
• Create customer-facing UIs for the AI copilot including semantic search and explainable scores.
• Integrate frontend with REST and WebSocket APIs; contribute to internal SDK design.
• Implement marketplace surfaces: Salesforce Lightning, Databricks, AWS Marketplace integrations.
• Own and evolve a design system and component library for consistency across products.
• Write tests and ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility; pursue accessible, well-tested code.
• Follow client-side security best practices: token storage, session management, role-based UI.
• Participate in sprint planning and design reviews; contribute to UX/product thinking.

What we’re looking for
