AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and scale cloud-based platform services with C#/.NET and React.

You will contribute to backend/API development, work with SQL databases, and implement AI-assisted tooling in a distributed cloud environment. The role requires 6+ years of software development, strong C#/.NET and SQL skills, React/TS experience, API design, automated testing, and fluent English.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to develop and scale cloud-based platform services and accessible web interfaces using C#/.NET and React.

The mandatory requirements are 6+ years of software development experience, strong C#/.NET and SQL skills, React or similar UI frameworks, TypeScript, AI-assisted development tools, API design, automated testing, cloud technologies, Docker, secure coding, and fluent English.

MUST HAVES

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET (C#) and SQL , with a focus on backend/API development.
• Commercial experience with modern UI frameworks, such as React, Angular, and Vue.js .
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI developer tools .
• An AI-empowered mindset, with proven experience optimizing enterprise-level solutions through AI-assisted engineering.
• Experience designing and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs .
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests, including unit, integration, and/or UI tests.
• Strong understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience working on distributed, cloud-based systems.
• Excellent debugging skills and strong root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Understanding of secure coding principles and best practices.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies.
• Fluency in English.
• Availability to attend the Noida office for 5 consecutive days per month, plus occasional additional days.

NICE TO HAVES

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with UI component libraries such as MUI Base, MUI Core, and Radix UI.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with observability platforms such as DataDog and structured logging.
• Exposure to CI/CD tooling such as Kustomize and ArgoCD.
• C++ language experience is a plus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build, enhance, and scale core platform capabilities, backend features, and services using C#/.NET , following established architecture guidelines and best practices.
• Design and implement common APIs and high-availability, high-quality database systems.
• Optimize platform performance, reliability, security, scalability, and efficiency using modern tools and techniques, while proactively identifying improvements.
• Develop responsive, accessible, high-performing user interfaces using React and TypeScript , collaborating with UX/UI designers to deliver production-ready implementations.
• Integrate front-end applications with REST/GraphQL APIs, collaborate on API contract design, and maintain front-end quality through testing, reviews, and best practices.
• Work independently, take accountability for time and quality commitments, and participate in sprint planning, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers across backend and front-end disciplines.
• Advise product owners on technical feasibility and delivery estimates, and communicate with customers to analyze and resolve product defects or support major implementations.
• Stay current with developments in cloud, backend, front-end, and AI-assisted engineering, effectively using tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity, code quality, and development velocity while applying sound engineering judgment and maintaining high standards.
