Job summary

Tario is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design and scale AI-powered systems that connect reasoning models, real-time data, and cloud infrastructure. You’ll work across the stack from backend architecture to AI orchestration, enabling autonomous sales agents and robust data pipelines.

The role requires 3–5 years of professional software development, strong backend fundamentals, and experience with REST/GraphQL, databases, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong backend expertise and AI-driven systems.
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend foundation in one or more: Node.js, Python, Go.
• Experience designing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs and scalable services.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Frontend experience with React/Next.js/Vue is a plus.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or similar cloud environments.
• Understanding of event-driven architectures and async queues.
• Bonus: LLM orchestration frameworks and AI agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs powering autonomous AI agents.
• Integrate and orchestrate LLM pipelines using LangGraph, AutoGen, or LangChain.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deploy models with robust data pipelines.
• Build clean, maintainable service architectures for real-time communication and workflow automation.
• Work with frontend teams to expose APIs for AI-first user experiences.
• Implement data persistence, caching, and asynchronous task systems.
• Contribute to system design decisions, scalability planning, and cloud infra (AWS/GCP).
• Write high-quality, testable, modular code for backend and frontend.
• Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience across services.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs that power autonomous AI sales agents.

• Write high-quality, testable, and modular code both backend and frontend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong backend foundation in one or more:
• Node.js / Express / NestJS
• Python / FastAPI / Django
• Go / Gin
• Experience designing and building RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis
• Working knowledge of frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue (bonus if full-stack comfortable)
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications in AWS, GCP, or similar cloud environments
• Understanding of event-driven architectures, async queues (Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka), and caching
• Bonus:
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
• Exposure to AI agent systems, tool calling, or prompt orchestration
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Interest in MLOps, fine-tuning, or evaluation frameworks
