Job summary

APAC Relocation in Thrissur, Kerala, seeks a Backend Engineer to design scalable microservice systems with integrated AI features. Focus on Java and Python backend, using Python for headless APIs and service logic, with AWS experience seen as a plus.

You will build and evolve RESTful services, ensure reliability, security, and performance, and work with architecture reviews while integrating AI/ML into production workloads.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Backend Engineer to design and build scalable microservice-based systems with integrated AI capabilities. This role focuses on backend development using Java and Python, with Python used strictly for headless API and service logic. Experience with AWS cloud services and WordPress tools will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop backend microservices using Java and Python

Build headless Python services using Flask for APIs and AI integrations

Integrate AI/ML and LLM-based services into production systems

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and service-to-service communication

Deploy, monitor, and scale services on AWS

Ensure reliability, security, performance, and scalability of backend systems

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

Participate in architecture discussions and technical reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot or similar)
