Job summary

Fold Health is building an AI-powered healthcare technology platform designed to support Value-Based Care (VBC) programs. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using ReactJS, React Native, and Node.js, while integrating RESTful APIs and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

You will collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and data teams, participate in code reviews, and focus on security, performance, and continuous improvement in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Software Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in ReactJS (web) and React Native (mobile).
• Proficiency in Node.js for backend development and TypeScript for scalable apps.
• Basic knowledge of Python for scripting/AI/ML API integration.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of API design, authentication, and integrations.
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and ability to integrate AI-powered APIs.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in ReactJS (web) and React Native (mobile apps).
• Proficiency in Node.js for backend development.
• Hands‑on experience with TypeScript for scalable application development.
• Basic knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or integrating AI/ML APIs.
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of API design, authentication, and integrations.
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics, recommender systems) and ability to integrate AI-powered APIs.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Firebase, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of FHIR standards, healthcare interoperability, or VBC programs.
• Hands‑on experience integrating AI/ML models into applications.
• Healthcare domain experience (EHR, claims, ADT, HIPAA compliance, etc.) is highly preferred.
