Job summary

AndPayments Private Limited in Noida is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build and scale fintech platforms that handle real-time payments. You will own features end-to-end across React/Next.js frontend and Node.js/NestJS backend, collaborating with design, product, and infra.

We value hands-on builders who thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, desire ownership, and can ship reliable code. On-site, five days a week, you’ll contribute to live payment systems and modern deployment pipelines

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack experience delivering production-grade apps.
• Proficient with React.js/Next.js on the frontend and Node.js/NestJS/Express + TypeScript on the backend.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB and modern deployment workflows (Docker, AWS, CI/CD).
• Strong ownership, fast learning, and the ability to ship live payment features.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development from UI to backend services.
