Job summary

NeerInfo Solutions is hiring a Full Stack Digital Engineer (Mobile & Java) to design, develop, and scale its digital ecosystem. You will own the product lifecycle, building cross‑platform mobile apps with React Native and robust backend microservices in Java.

You will implement secure, scalable server architectures, design RESTful and GraphQL endpoints, and collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams in a hybrid work setting across India.

Job Title: Full Stack Digital Engineer (Mobile & Java)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Digital Engineer to design, develop, and scale our next-generation digital ecosystem. In this role, you will take full ownership of the product lifecycle—building cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and constructing robust, high-availability backend microservices using Java. The ideal candidate thrives in hybrid engineering environments, blending the art of fluid user experiences with the discipline of secure, scalable server architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend & Mobile Engineering

• Build Cross-Platform Apps: Design, develop, and deploy high-performance mobile applications for Android and iOS using React Native.
• Craft Core UI/UX: Implement responsive web components using React.js and state management systems like Redux or Context API.
• App Store Management: Oversee mobile deployment pipelines, including code signing, provisioning profiles, and App Store/Google Play releases.

Backend & Systems Architecture

• Develop Java Microservices: Architect and optimize robust backend applications utilizing Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• API Implementation: Design, secure, and document scalable RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to link client applications with backend engines.
• Database Management: Structure relational and non-relational database solutions using systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Systems Security: Enforce reliable engineering standards for data encryption, authentication protocols (OAuth2/JWT), and application performance.

DevOps & Collaboration

• Automate CI/CD: Establish and manage automated deployment infrastructure using Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Cloud Architecture: Assist in deploying and monitoring cloud-native infrastructure within AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Agile Integration: Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams in an interactive Agile environment.
• Code Mentorship: Conduct constructive code reviews to maintain high testing standards, software reliability, and technical quality.

Required Technical Skills

• Backend Frameworks: Comprehensive experience in Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate).
• Web UI: Solid command of React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and Material-UI.
• Mobile Environments: Practical knowledge of Android Studio, Xcode, Gradle, and CocoaPods.
• Databases: Comfort writing complex SQL/NoSQL queries for systems like PostgreSQL, Oracle, or Cassandra.
• Tools & Infrastructure: Experience using Git, Docker, Jenkins, and cloud technologies (AWS preferred).

Qualifications & Soft Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
• Experience: Typically requires 7-12 years of verified professional full-stack development experience, with specific exposure to mobile application lifecycles.
• Problem Solving: Ability to debug performance bottlenecks across mobile hardware configurations and backend architectures.
• Communication: Exceptional collaborative skills to interface across cross-functional engineering teams.
