Nomni is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Engineer who enjoys building products end to end and turning early ideas into practical, high-quality user experiences. The successful candidate will join a small, fast-moving team working across multiple product initiatives.

The role is frontend-led but requires breadth to work across mobile applications, backend services, integrations, databases, and supporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build polished product experiences across web and mobile.
• Develop supporting services and APIs using Node.js.
• Work with Supabase, databases, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Take features from early concepts through implementation, testing, deployment, and production.
• Make practical decisions regarding architecture, tooling, and technical trade-offs.
• Bring structure and clarity to rapidly evolving products and incomplete requirements.
• Use modern AI-assisted development workflows to improve delivery speed and productivity.
• Build, integrate, and improve AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Support AI evaluation, experimentation, observability, tracing, and debugging.
• Maintain and improve products following launch.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while retaining end-to-end ownership.

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer who enjoys building products end to end and turning early ideas into practical, high-quality user experiences. The successful candidate will join a small, fast-moving team working across multiple product initiatives.

The role is frontend-led but requires enough technical breadth to work comfortably across mobile applications, backend services, integrations, databases, and supporting infrastructure. The engineer will take ownership from early concept and prototyping through to testing, deployment, and production support.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of building and successfully shipping real products.
• Excellent frontend engineering capabilities with a strong eye for usability and product quality.
• Experience working with Node.js, APIs, databases, backend services, and integrations.
• Proven experience building and releasing mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of how modern products are designed, developed, tested, deployed, and operated.
• Good engineering judgment and a practical approach to technical decision-making.
• Comfortable working with incomplete requirements and identifying an effective path forward.
• Strong ownership, curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to work wherever the product requires support.

Good to Have

• Experience developing LLM-powered applications and AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, experimentation, prompt evaluation, and model assessment.
• Experience with AI observability, tracing, and debugging.
• Familiarity with Braintrust, Langfuse, or similar AI evaluation and observability platforms.
• Experience working within small, fast-moving product teams.
• Relevant domain experience across web, mobile, backend, and AI-assisted product development.
