Role Description

The Full Stack Engineer will work in a full-time hybrid role based in Bhopal, with some flexibility for working from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. The role involves collaborating with UX/UI designers and product stakeholders, writing clean and efficient code, integrating APIs and third-party services, and optimizing applications for performance and scalability. The engineer will participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing, while contributing to architectural decisions and continuous improvement of development processes. This role also requires clear communication, documentation of technical work, and active participation in agile team activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building end-to-end web applications.
• Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development skills, including proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Candidates should possess robust Back-End Web Development skills, including server-side programming, API design, and database integration.
• Experience with modern frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, .NET, or similar) is highly beneficial.
• Strong understanding of version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD practices, and basic cloud or DevOps concepts is preferred.
• Ability to write maintainable, well-documented code, troubleshoot complex issues, and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
